Can I return my product?
Product returns are only accepted in cases of defects or for direct size exchanges. We do not accept returns for other reasons, nor do we accept returns on customized products.
Are they original t-shirts?
Official products are sold in official stores.
Is it possible to cancel my order before receiving it?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that, it's no longer possible to cancel or return it.
Why does tracking only show "On the way"?
Some tracking codes don't provide detailed updates while the order is in international transit. Carriers such as CTT, Colissimo, AnPost, or Royal Mail generally only update tracking information after the package clears customs in the destination country. This typically occurs two or three days before delivery.

What is your delivery estimate?
It's difficult to predict the exact delivery date, as many factors can delay orders, such as weekends, processing time, shipping company delays, or customs delays, among others.
However, we can provide a rough estimate by country:
Order processing time: 3 to 5 days (same time for any country).
Shipping time:
Portugal and Spain: 7 to 12 days
Azores and Madeira: 12 to 18 days
Balearic Islands ES: 15 to 20 days
Canary Islands: temporarily suspended.
United Kingdom, France and Italy: 8 to 12 days
Ireland, Sweden and Norway: 8 to 14 days
Germany, Switzerland and Belgium: 5 to 10 days
Netherlands: 5 to 7 days
Rest of Europe: 8 to 14 days
Delivery times may be longer in extreme cases (holiday periods, Christmas, etc.).

When will I receive the tracking code for my order?
The tracking code is sent up to 5 days after shipment. In certain cases, when the equipment first passes through our warehouse, the code will be sent upon final shipment.

Do you ship without registration or cash on delivery?
We do not ship unregistered, cash on delivery, or cash on delivery.
How long does it take to ship items from the "Immediate Shipping Items 1-3 days" collection?

Returns and refunds
Can I change my shipping address?
Once the ordered item has been shipped, it is impossible to change the address. This is only possible within the first 24 hours after placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Can I request a refund if my order has not yet been completed 25 business days after payment confirmation?
We do not issue refunds for late orders placed less than 25 business days after payment confirmation. After this period, please contact our customer service team to request a refund.
Is the shipping fee refundable?
No, the return and exchange shipping fee is non-refundable.
What are the exchange and return policies?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, missing, damaged, or incomplete items. Details are available in our return policy.
If the product has any defects, you must send us photographs that justify the situation.
Can I cancel my order after payment confirmation?
After order confirmation and payment, cancellation is possible within the first 24 hours. However, the customer will be responsible for the fee charged by our payment partner. See our cancellation policy.
What is the warranty period?
30 days after receiving the order.
Personalizations
Can I choose a patch for my product?
Yes, you can choose a patch. If you want more than one patch, add them to the patch collection.
What happens if I select the "With Patch" option and don't specify which patch I want to put on the shirt?
If you do not specify the patch, the shirt will be delivered without a patch.
What happens if I don't select "YES" in customization?
If you don't select "YES," the shirt will be delivered without personalization. If you select "YES" but don't provide the name or number, the shirt will also be delivered without personalization.
Can I change the size or customization after I've submitted my order?
You have up to 24 hours after submitting your order to change the size or customization. After this period, it will not be possible to modify it and you will not be entitled to compensation. See our customization change policy.
